All bills are included, wifi also. Large shared kitchen with two cookers and two large fridge freezers. Flat is on the 5th floor, stairs and lifts available. There is also a common room with a large flat screen, pool table and vending machine.

Located just a five minute walk from Tottenham Hale Underground and Overground station. Perfect for students to get in and out of central London. Two minute walk from local Tesco express and a 24 hour Gym and just five minutes from Tottenham Hale retail park which includes: Lidl, Asda Home, Iceland, JD, Next, Burger King and much more.

Rent is taken in monthly installments of £786.25 and the last installment is taken on 3rd April 2018. So no rent is taken in May or June. Per week this would work out as £157.25 but unfortunately there isn't a pay weekly option.This is an academic year tenancy and the end date is the 15th June 2018.

£250 deposit has ALREADY been paid. I would be happy to contribute 10% of the rent each month if someone is happy to take the room. PM me with any questions.
