Sprinters who do 100m and 200m training plan watch

    Can somebody go through what shall I do everyday in A week so I could get better time e.g weight training on what day and what k8nd of training , track running etc. I also want to know what exercises and what reps/sets. When shall I do track training and track training .. thank you

    Get into a club, have a coach who will plan a training schedule suited to you, with various exercises to reduce your weaknesses
