i am assuming you r new to programming, first of all you must understand,
these are programming languages - java, python, javascript etc...
when you say programs your are typically referring to IDEs eg - texteditor, note++, netbeans etc...
Before you start to code in a language you must ensure the relevant compiler for the programming language is installed onto your computer.

to answer your question i will list the difficulty of the languages you listed in order of easiest to hardest.
    1. javascript
    2. python
    3. java

if u r new to programming I would start by learning python because it is easy and there are loads of online websites and youtube tutorials to easily learn from scratch, also there are many applications such as machine learning which is currently high in demand

I would recommend Python as it is a learning programming language.
JavaScript is commonly used to help create websites but is used for many other purposes.

I’m learning Java as my first language but I’ve heard that Python is a lot easier so I’d go with that first if you’re a beginner.
