Not A Level. GCSE knowledge only required. Expect Geometry problems, number theory and a dollop of combinatorics to top it off. If you answer 1-15 right, you've done well.

The questions are generally based on knowledge up to GCSE level but you have to apply it in slightly different ways. I would try doing at least one practice paper so you know what to expect. Don't worry if you find it challenging - it's meant to be hard and if you can even answer 10-15 right, you're doing a good job. They're multiple choice but you lose marks if you get them wrong. A correct answer is 4 marks, whilst an incorrect answer is -1. Everyone starts with 25 marks and the maximum mark is 120. This is the website with all the details and the paper from last year: https://www.ukmt.org.uk/individual-c...ior-challenge/
