So I came across this websites called Bartley.com it bassicly gives you some research on the topic you want however it costs £2 to use for 2 days so I did that but I tottaly forgot about it and then cancelled on the third day, the bill has now gone to £30 which is really expensive for a website which I only used that one time and the website is really crap , the price is ridiculous especially for a broke student so what can I do ?

Ask very nicely for a pro-rated refund - are the obliged to give you one? Nope.

All you can do is ask.

Erm no bish...call them up negotiate hustle and get that money back..say they didnt notify you when the trial ended..not your fault and their just stealing money from your account... say you required atleast a text or email notification that your trial was ending...it will be fine!!

I can understand that being a moderately plausible excuse for say, a month free trial, but a paid 2 day subscription? Don't think so..
