    The full question:

When did you offer great customer service and how was it different from any other service you have given?

I can think of multiple reasons for offering great customer service, but not sure how to answer the "how was it different from any other service you have given"?

I feel like it's trying to catch you out mentioning that you might not offer good service normally, or something else - so I'm not sure how to answer it decently.

    Any tips?

This one was easy for me. I work in a shoe shop and I once had a family come in with an autistic child who struggled with touch and sound, so I fitted her for shoes in a quiet area in the back of the shop with no other customers. I'd never done that before and they left with a happy girl with lovely new shoes. The mum said she's posting on autism forums about this service we do because it was so great.

Yeah I think so. For some questions I lie through my teeth because I can't think of something that really happened.
