How to clean up after sex to avoid UTIs Watch

Whenever my boyfriend and I have sex, a couple of days after I get a UTI. They are so uncomfortable and I get antibiotics from my doctor. I think it's caused from oral sex or bacteria on fingers. Next time we're going to try washing our hands before sex, using mouthwash to reduce the amount of bacteria and then cleaning myself up afterwards. Also I've read I should pee after too, which I'll try. Is there anything else I should be definitely doing to avoid an infection? I only ever get them after being intimate, never any other time so I'm pretty sure this is the cause.

Generally peeing is enough. You can get some intimate wipes that you can use after if you wish, that would minimise the bacteria more than using toilet paper and you can do it straight after in a couple seconds rather than having to jump in the shower.
