I have been at this workplace for 5 months and still in my probation period. I have been offered a place at a better place who have said that it's possible for me transfer to that workplace and continue my apprenticeships.

However, I don't know wether i should stay here and bear the workload and work in my current workplace until my gap year finishes or go to the other nursery?

Think about which one gives you better options for the future. If you think the second place suits you more, I would make plans to transfer.
