    Yes if their weight has caused them to be physically disabled.
    I know your going to argue "but Intit you had 2 bacon sandwiches earlier, you would say that."

    That is a fair point but I did skip the egg and it doesn't invalidate my opinion.

    Yep, if their weight impairs their ability to live life normally its a disability. Yes, it's self-inflicted usually, but that doesn't mean its not a disability, if you drink drive and get in a car crash and paralyse yourself, youre still disabled even if its your own fault.
