I think older games tend to be favourites as they were designed to be played over and over and over. But games like CoD are now only focused on multiplayer and the campaign always suffers :/
Black Ops 1’s campaign was pretty good imo

Just too many to chose from. UT 2004, TF2, BF 1942/2, Mario, Pokemon Red/blue, Lode Runner (starting to feel old now).

I would have said in reality though, the game which has the most play time spread out over the most years for me is Civ 5. A game like that just ages so well.

    Super Mario All-Stars
The SNES with three Super Mario games in one? know this, it is really a quite good game, even if I admit that Super Mario World for the same console is my favorite of the Super Mario series.

I remember playing one of the old megaman games on a psp custom firmware emulator some years ago. It was surprisingly addictive, great music too

I can't remember which one it was, but I never got round to finishing it
On an emulator? maybe the hardest game I have ever played through, Mega Man 3 for NES originally? needed hard nerves and much patience to bring this to an end.

yeah, emulators are pretty convenient for playing old games. As the psp got most of it's firmware's hacked a lot of emulators were made for it so it was easy to play old games..

I played chrono trigger too on the emulator.

tbh, I thought [before I played it] it was overhyped, but when I did play it, it was actually pretty good

without an emulator playing chrono trigger probably wouldn't be possible, given how rare it is and how much it actually costs

I can use emulators on my 3ds too..

Apparently this was one of Bin Laden's favourite's too ...LMAO

I guess he was inspired by AVALANCHE?

I know this RPG, but I it was not granted that I play this. A real pity. I have Illusion of time and Terranigma instead. Last one is awesome!

A close call between Super Mario Galaxy, Okami and Mass Effect 2. But I'm gonna have to go with Okami. A perfect combination of storytelling, great visuals and fun gameplay. Pretty much its only significant flaw is that it's too easy, but that was far less obvious when I was ten, of course, and I'll never forget how awesome it was to play through for the first time.
