I've already applied to 5 universities for natural sciences: Birmingham, Nottingham, UCL, Cambridge and Exeter. So far I've had offers from Exeter and Nottingham however I have changed my mind of what course I want to do, I now want to do Chemical Engineering. I have changed Cambridge to Birmingham - Chemical Engineering. I was wondering whether I would be accepted in Chemical Engineering seeing as my personal statement is geared towards natural sciences. Also I have been unable to change my offer at Exeter but UCAS has not allowed me, is there any way I could do this? I was also debating changing UCL, do you think this is a good decision as is such a highly regarded university? Any advice would be great!

How long ago did you submit your application? You can request if they ll accept an alternative personal statement rather than use your natsci statement

You can still do ChemEng at Cambridge. You can apply for NatSci and then change Tripos when you are there (usually you would indicate this when you apply but it's not actually a requirement). ChemEng via NatSci is perfectly fine.

I sent it on the 9th of October. Is it possible they will accept a different personal statement?
