    Right so I think I need help and got depression need to talk to someone that would listen and be constructive thanks

    If you think you have depression and need help, then you need to seek that help. People on a forum are not professionals, you need to see a doctor who can then refer you to mental health services, they are trained to deal with these problems I know it is hard to take those first steps but they are really crucial to take You aren't alone, there are many people in the same boat as you, hope you feel better <3

    You should record all of your day to day life in a diary or notebook of some sort, to see what sets off the depression, common things include alcohol, drugs, being with other depressed people, lack of sunlight, lack of religion. Once you find a problem, do your best to keep away from it.
