I failed maths and ended up getting a 2 which is really disappointing since I passed all of my other GCSEs and now I have to retake it , I have had maths lessons so far but their pretty useless as the teacher sits there and does nothing; so I was wondering if I revise for 8 hours a day for 10 days do you think it's possible for me to get at least a 4 and the resits start on the 2nd of November.

Edit: oh and is there any maths revision advice/techniques that has helped you? all help is appreciated thank you

Practice is the best way to improve at maths.
The mathsgenie.co.uk web site has a great GCSE area with revision videos and practice questions for every topic.
I don't know how successful you will be on your own as a 2 first time indicates you have a lot of improvement to do in a short time. I think you will need help to explain the questions you don't know how to do. That could be a paid tutor (expensive and hard to get at such short notice) or a friend who is ok at maths and has a good way of explaining things.

Don't even THINK about revising for 8 hours a day. Spread it out or else you'll come to the exam exhausted. And revise smart. Do practice questions rather than reading through notes. Maths is far more about practice than knowing stuff.
