White privilege is a term created by retarded SJWs to complain about white people enjoying the benefits of the hard work and successes of their parents and ancestors; they demand it must be shared with others who have less successful (or even outright failures as) parents and ancestors.

Not to start drama but white privilege doesn’t mean that you have never struggled. It just means that you don’t experience the things that people of colour do

Yes, I'm sure Will Smith's children have to struggle a lot in life and haven't had everything handed to them on a silver platter...

Privilege comes mainly from connections/money and not race. I think there was a statistic that black people are more likely to go to university in the UK and even in America those from an East Asian background tend to earn more on average. The term "white privilege" is a nonsense.
Racial privilege has nothing to do with money. If you do your research, you will see that many wealthy ethnic minority celebrities have felt the effects of it.

No, it's a phrase used to suggest white people have an easier time and automatically have a better life because of their skin pigmentation, it's usually used as an excuse for the failings of individuals that are ethnic minorities, who like to blame society instead of admitting something is their fault.
    Well said!

    Institutional and systematic racism
Can you list for me one nation outside the Western civilisation where institutional and systemic racism/discrimination does not exist?

Can you list for me one nation/region outside the Western civilisation that has less (or even equal) institutional and systemic racism/discrimination than Western countries?

Why do you call them people of colour? White is a colour... In fact, people sometimes argue about whether black is technically a colour so it would make more sense to refer to non-blacks as people of colour.

    Exactly!

Your privilege comes from the successes of your parents and ancestors.

If you have no (or less) privilege, don't blame white people out of jealousy. Go and blame your parents and ancestors.

    https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/amp.t...-justification

“The 2011 census indicated that over 40% of Londoners were from BME backgrounds, whilst only 10% of MPS police officers were from BME communities. "These officers disproportionately hug the lower ranks, face significantly slower rates of career progression and are over-represented in disciplinary actions, in comparison to their white counterparts. This current position is unsustainable, as it severely impacts on police legitimacy and more importantly erodes trust and confidence in BME communities."

Do you even have any evidence these 10% from BME communities are equally or more qualified than the white officers in the upper ranks?

Have you seen any data arranging in strata the proportion of each race by qualifications levels? If not, why do you think the strata by proportion of each race at certain ranks is sufficient proof of "institutional racism"?

    This thread went downhill FAST

    1. White privilege does not mean that white people don’t struggle, it means that your struggle is not directly influenced by your skin colour.

    2. Intersectionality is a thing. Class and wealth will always be large factors in someone’s experience.

    3. Institutionalised racism is a thing, though is more prominent in the US, such as Redlining.

    For what?
To show you Black privilege, Arab privilege, Malay privilege, Zulu privilege, Mongol privilege, Sunni privilege, Oriental privilege and the way the world works.

The whole white privilege thing is nothing but a stealth attack on white people out of jealousy of their success by others who practice the same thing in a worse manner in their regions.

If you want privilege, go back in time and counsel your parents and ancestors to be successful.

The whites are the most generous with sharing their ancestral success with people from less successful backgrounds. Yet, they owe these people NOTHING! It is just generosity.

In an interview for the programme, Mr Fuller, who has two undergraduate degrees and two postgraduate degrees, said he personally felt the need to be overqualified in order to be promoted. He added: "BME officers will often have to work twice as hard to be recognised, to compete with their peers and that is a big concern."

Too bad all those black people wasted their time being slaves instead of becoming successful, aye. Poor planning, really.

Yes I believe minority privilege exists too, but on a smaller scale
I suppose the difference would be ‘ethnic privilege’ can be shown in policies whereas ‘white privilege’ is based on anecdotes and attributing motive to statistics
