    OP you are confusing people int hat you are considering very old graphics cards . They are way underpowered. Gofres suggestions are good for that budget.

    If you are putting a pc together now then theres been a lot of developments in CPUs with AMD Ryzen 5 1600 and the Intel i5 8400 offering the sweetspot for value gaming machines imo.

    Unless your budget is extremely low you should not be considering a computer with either of those graphics cards.
