I'm in love with their hot chocolates and every time I'm in town I get one to go (they taste better to go imo). This is frequently when I finish work at 8pm a couple times a week. My bin gets full so fast with these cups, so can I take my own Thermos travel mug in instead of using their cups? Will they mind? It's a 400ml mug and I normally get the large one. Is it the same size?

    Ask.
If not, you could always get one of their travel mugs which i'm sure they will use. Or you could get the drink in a paper cup and pour it into yours there. Won't be taking up space in your bin that way.

Possibly, I remember seeing a sign at one Costa that using a reusable cup gives 10/15p off the price.

I think most of the big chain coffee shops will let you use your mug, as they are now looking to be more environmentally friendly. I heard you get 25p off your drink if you bring your own travel mug?
