Hi, my predicted grades are A*AA (A* in psychology, A in maths and further maths) and I want to do a BSc in Computer Science. I’ve so far narrowed my choices down to Warwick, Edinburgh and Southampton. I’m really interested in Bristol but I’m scared of aiming too high. I was also considering Durham for a while but realised it doesn’t have a very strong CS department. I have no idea what to do for the rest of my choices. (I’m also considering whether the uni offers a year abroad because i’m really interested in that.) Any suggestions?

If you meet bristols contexual offer criteria it could be worth a try, otherwise since you need an A* in maths i would perhaps pick a couple of universities with lower requirements so you can have an insurance choice.
