I flunked my A levels last year and went on to do a BTEC which is going great and i am applying to Uni for 2018. However i cannot remember my A level results and never got a certificate for them i don't think just a piece of paper with my grades. I can get onto my course without A levels (Microbiology at York) and they were not notable results anyway that would help me. Is it worth trying to track them down? do i need to add them?

Sorry I am confused, did you actually get A-Levels? If not, what is the certificate you are looking for?

Would you not be applying for uni using your BTEC?

I did get A levels but never went to the ceremoney thing to get my certificates i only went on results day. I know it was stupid but i wasn't in a good place back then and i'm paying for it now. I will be applying using my BTEC. If not would the school have kept a record of my grades?

Ok, did the school never send you the certificates in the post? I think the best bet would be to contact your old school, as they may have records (or the certificates!) for your A Levels.
