Basically I worked at McDonald's for like a year and a half between 2015-2016, and have now applied to another store so i can work alongside my degree but have been rejected. I thought I would be easy to get a job there, because they won't need to train me or anything. The only thing I can think of is that I resigned from my previous role and you have to put why you left in the application process.Would that have a big impact on them taking me on? I can't really think of any other big reasons why they wouldn't give me a job. I probably sound quite big headed haha but Its just surprised me a little that's all
Have you ever experienced racism/sexism at uni?
