On the summer before my final year of uni I could have been doing an internship related to my degree to help with employment. But instead I did a stupid work america programme non-related to my degree. And while on this programme I ended up getting drugged and raped. My life could have turned out so different if I only did what my friends at uni were doing. I'm so angry- I wish I had a time machine.

Sometimes when making a decision in life you don't realise how important that decision would turn out to be and how it can completely change your life- either for good or bad.

Just get on with your life and don't let this ruin it. I have no doubts that what you endured was traumatic, however, you need to move on if you want to get over it.

Don't be looking back in 40 years saying that 'this ruined my whole life'.

Get help now and you'll be back in the track to success!

I think everyone has decisions in their life which they regret and wish they could go back in a time machine. The thing is is that unless you know how to invent one you can't so learning to accept the present and how to move on is the only thing you can do otherwise you will destroy yourself.

What do you do now in terms of employment?

Trust me, you shape you own life. Look up, and move forward. Push this to the side, and work on yourself. There is nothign worse than sticking to bad memories, pleas,e dont let this become an excuse to not do well. you can, and will do well. stay strong, and work on your future. If you slacka nd let this eat away at you, the only person that will be suffering is you,
