I haven't done a lot of work in 2 days, I feel as though my mind isn't working. I keep listening to music as well recently and it hurts my head but when I turn it off I feel annoyed/stressed/anxious. I have quite a lot of coursework to do for all my 3 a level subjects but I just feel as though I wont succeed

I'm sorry to hear this! I know it's a struggle having lots of work but not being in the right frame of mind you need to take it easy and find ways to relax yourself. There's no point doing work if you're not feeling good, as it's unlikely it will be of the quality you're capable of. It's important that you don't feel guilty for not doing work, otherwise you'll stress yourself out more. Just tell yourself that the minute you feel remotely better, you'll do some work. Whether that be a sentence, a paragraph, a page, or even just some light reading/research! Something is a start

You will definitely succeed if you can put your mind to it so don't put yourself down, be positive, tell yourself you CAN do it!
