I got ill this week and had a phone interview scheduled, I felt horrible so asked to reschedule it. They suggested it won't take long so I just did the interview the following day ill.
It was fine, I got through to the face-to-face interview and it is already scheduled for next week, but my symptoms are much more severe now, I have a really heavy cough and fever and can hardly stand up from bed...

I don't think I can attend the interview next week but I'm not sure if I can reschedule again, or have I lost my chance and I should just cancel?

It's pretty bad yeah. They may be understanding, but they probably wont.

    So your options are:

Turn up sick, pass on your illness to your potential employers and don’t perform well

Cancel entirely and you make the decision for them

Or ask to reschedule and see what they say.

The final option is the most sensible one.
