Ok so i dont know what to do! I'm the only female of the house and I just came on my period(with no sanitary towels or tampons)! I have serious anxiety when it comes to anything female body related so I'm scared of talking to my dad about it. What should I do?

When you’re at the supermarket put them in the trolley and when you do it the first time it’ll be awkward but afterwards he’ll know to get stuff like that for you.

Calm down, it's ok. It's not a problem to talk to your father about it, I'm sure he's also nervous about it. If you have any female friends or older women you get along with then ask them for help. You need to take care of yourself and learn about period so you know what to do, what's normal and for yourself to feel comfortable.

Go ask your aunt if you have any and/or female cousins maybe? Or you can just ask for money and go buy some yourself

Go to the supermarket and buy your own supplies. It's natural.

Scared to talk to your dad about it shows extremely dysfunctional family.
