Do I have a legitimate case for a claim against Sfe for ageism? I thought it was illegal to discriminate against someone because of their age. I am seriously considering this and what may be a landmark case for us oldies out there who have no desire to sit around and stagnate.

How have they discriminated against you? I am nearly 70 and in my final year of my degree. The only thing I have found to be unfair is that I can't get funding for a Masters as I am over 60 but I understand the reasoning behind it.

Depends on the context... why do you think they are being ageist?

I've read your post on another thread about funding for a Masters. I wanted to continue also to do a Masters, but funding is not available if you are over 60. It's a disappointment but I don't think there's much that can be done about it.
