How can I put cash into my account? Do I have to do this over the counter?
Do they ask me for anything specific?

Yea go to the counter and give it to them or put it in at one of the pay in machines inside the bank.

Lloyds and TSB split several years ago. You'll need to figure out which bank you're with and go to the correct branch.
