    Yes. Same course, different name.

    To explain a little bit, the term 'international relations' - often capitalized as International Relations (IR) because it's traditionally considered a 'formal' discipline - is sometimes avoided. IR has become more self-critical and reflective over the past couple of decades, and lots of people have a problem with referring to do as IR, because the term itself implies a lot of conceptual and political baggage.

    'International politics' arguably is a bit more open and gives researchers room for manoeuvre. Ultimately, though, it's the narcissism of small differences. For an undergrad course, the basic content is going to be pretty much the same, and none of this nonsense should really matter to you. I'm doing a PhD (in 'International Politics') and it certainly doesn't matter to me.
