What should I wear, need to look stylish. It's s dinner date. My current plan

    1. White designer shirt -slim fit
    2. Skinny black jeans
    3. Black boots or brown shies?
    4. A silver watch

    5. Jumper or a black jacket? Maybe a leather jacket

I would just wear what makes you the most comfortable. Dress to impress but don't overdo it. What you mentioned looks fine, wear black shoes and then a jumper on top. I personally wouldn't wear leather on the first date.

Whatever you choose, make sure you're comfy. It'll be obvious if you aren't and that's a turn off.

Smart fitted shirt, jeans with a belt and smart shoes.

Go for smart-cas. Go for the boots over shoes (you'll be taller too), keep the watch, go for slim fit rather than skinny jeans.

Don't go for the t-shirt though. Switch it for say a shirt and jumper.
