Isnt it a condition of entry that you have GCSE Maths? Its it absolutely impossible for you? Can they give you any additional tutoring or can you pay a student/ tutor?

You need to be very careful about funding because your foundation will use some of your available funding and if you change degree you could lose the right to full funding for the main degree.

I would suggest knuckling down and working hard to pass and realise there is no maths in the main law degree. Alternatively explain to the course organisers and ask if you can do a different module like business or something more law related.
