I'm going to get my braces out in 3 days!! Can't wait for my fresh set of teeth!! Is there any advice on maintaining white, healthy teeth? What should I expect once my braces come out?

The ability to eat everything you want!

The "freedom" might feel weird at first, but you'll get used to it, you'll also get some retainers made for you, which you should definetley wear as they tell you since if you dont teeth can and do go back to their original shape!

    Otherwise, enjoy freedom

First off, enjoy the freedom! Eat as much toffee as you want !

You'll get used to not having braces very quickly (far quicker than you got used to having them). You'll get a retainer - be sure to follow the instructions or else all that time with braces on will be wasted! If you miss one day, it isn't the end of the world, but if your retainer feels tight or painful (except maybe for the first few days), you've slacked off too much.
