So, I'm travelling a few hours to a concert in Manchester this week, however 2 friends have let me down now and can't come, and no one else will agree to... which means I'll have to go alone:/ Anyone got any advice on going to events solo? thanks

Your parents won't go with you either? Anyway, try to find some people to talk to while you're there so you don't feel too lonely. It's pretty great to talk to people, you might even make new friends.
Try to stay away from violence that may occur (probably not, hopefully) so that you're not a part of it. Just saying this, but I've never been to a concert in my life. Just follow the rules that apply anywhere else. Always have battery on your phone in case of an emergency. Have ID and enough money in case, for example, you lose your bus pass.
