Something is wrong with my phone but I'm not sure what. I put my phone down and it was at 10% charge. I came back a moment later to find it had went black and soon turned off. I have tried plugging it into a charger, turning it back on, refreshing it and nothing is working. The only thing its doing is when I hold down both volume buttons and the power button it vibrates. Its an Iphone 6

    Please can anyone help me?
