    i always study the day before and get really stressed but i just can’t find the motivation to start earlier

    Try to set yourself a timetable to study each subject. Go through your notes and make revision notes, summarising the information you have learnt. If there is something that you don't understand, make a note and ask your teacher for more clarification.

    Try to study in a room where there is no distractions (no phone, tv, laptop). By eliminating this, you will feel more compelled to study!
