Not many - at least for normal degree entry

Have a look for those offering Foundation Degrees (FdA or FdSc courses), HNDs or Degrees with a foundation year. They're more likely to be flexible.

If there a reason you've only got 2 A levels? Which subjects are you studying and what is it that you'd like to do at university?

Well,I’m IGCSE student , the universities in my country requires 8 ols and 1 ALs
I want to study abroad which requires 5 ols and 3 ols
But I should finish what our universities require in case of anything happened and I can’t study abroad
So I finished ols bio phy chem math and got A* and a B in english as a second language
So 3 Ols rest for me to study + retake english
+ ALs only in 3 sessions
I started advanced level mathematics and i want to take advanced level biology
And I don’t think i can do a third AL

Some universities offer an international foundation year specifically for students from countries where 3 A levels or equivalent isn't part of the normal education system.

Your best bet is to contact the universities you're interested in and asking them directly what they would recommend to someone in your situation.

    Sorry for asking a lot
But I think if I completed my subjects with A* grades as the previous 4 Ols ,, aren’t there scholarships?
Or for a scholarship I should take 3 ALs
