    Hello,

I have already been paid my first maintenance loan instalment but the status of my first tuition fee instalment that is needed to be paid to my university is still awaiting confirmation. The expected date was 18th October and it has been a couple days now. I have spoken to my university finance office at the very start of term and showed them the SFE confirmation letter and they scanned it (??) so I am assuming they should have confirmed my study at here.

I should also mention that 3 weeks ago I did change programmes but I am still within the same university and the same programme department (Computing and Information Systems). Do I need to call up for this to be updated on my SFE account because it still shows my old programme course?

This is my first year (BSc)

    Hi Lawmark,

You can check your course details on your online account to make sure we hold the correct details. If they have yet to be updated speak to your university to send over a change of circumstance to us. This will allow us to update and pay your Tuition Fees.

    Thanks Erin.
