A student views a cheek cell through a microscope. The scale is 1cm=10 micrometers
A)use the scale given to calculate the magnification
B)deduce the size of a cheek cell
I have worked out that the size of the cheek cell is 3cm.
Please help me as I’m struggling

magnification = image size / object size
30 micrometers = 0.003cm
3/0.003 = 1000
Object size = image size/magnifcation
3/1000 = 0.003cm
= 30 micrometers / 0.003cm
30 micrometers = 0.003cm
3/0.003 = 1000
Object size = image size/magnifcation
3/1000 = 0.003cm
= 30 micrometers / 0.003cm

I’m struggling on one more question (lol) which I’ve posted on another thread! Could you please answer that one as well with working out!
Regards.
