    Good Afternoon, 20 working days has now elapsed since I sent my first stage appeal to the Appeal team, and I did not hear anything from them.

    Why is it taking that long? Are they struggling a backlog please? I called your call centre several times but no one even could tell me why its talking that long, where could I get help please?

    Hi ostara1,

    If your appeal was made over 20 working days ago and you have had no response, you should contact us on 0300 100 0607 and we can contact the appeal team on your behalf .

    I did call that number and I have been told there is nothing can be done except to wait

    I am unable to access any accounts on The Student Room , I can only advised that if the 20 working days has lapsed since we received you appeal we can follow this up .

    Hi ostara1,

    It would mean they are reviewing whether to uphold the original decision or not. If you call us on 0300 100 0607 we can inform you of any further details that have been noted on your account.

    We are open until 16:00 today and 09:00 - 16:00 tomorrow.
