I’m doing this update and it’s been at 17% for around 40 mins and I’ve turned off the laptop and restarted but when I’m changing a setting it need to restart but this process happens again...
    Any solutions?

Windows 10 updates do tend to take a considerable amount of time, especially if it's a major update. Mine once took a few hours. There's not much you can do other than wait for it to complete. You could leave the computer to update overnight.

Yeah, unfortunately, Windows updates are notorious for being slow! Just wait it out, if the problem persists feel free give me a quote
