    If I make a citation what do I say about that article other than explaining the evidence... and reliability? Most importantly, how do u make comparisons? Any good sentence starters would be helpful...

    If you're referring to a source in your dissertation then it needs to be relevant to your argument. You can't just say what it says and leave it.

    The sources you use have to come from credible sources. Wikipedia for example is not reliable. However a journal published by a reputable company e.g. American Psychological Association is reliable because you can be certain it is true.

    Comparisons for what? Between sources? It depends on what you want to compare. Typically "X says this whereas Y says this. This means..."
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
