    I want to lose weight, and fast.
    I have been doing the insanity work out and watching what I eat. It doesn't seem to be helping.
    I am now going to eat Just vegetables and work out. Will this help me lose weight?

    Eating that won't help either. So many people think eating less is a good thing but its not!! Just eat a clean diet, make sure you have a lot of fruit and veggies in your diet. Eat complex carbs like sweet potato. Change to wholegrain/wholemeal foods. Protein, carbs and veggies every meal.. and exercise. Using weights burns a lot more calories than doing hours of cardio in the gym and turns fat into muscle helping you tone and have definition.

    Also - losing weight 'fast; isn't a thing, it takes at least a few months to notice. You can't rush these things.

    losing weight is eating less calories than you need
    I wouldn't just eat veg though- get some more protein and carbs-just make sure youre not eating too much so youre still at a calorie deficit.
    lifting weight is good for this, you can build muscle and lose fat if you haven't been to the gym for a while so youll see quick progress-quick as in 6weeks at a minimum.
