So I recently got given a new car from a family member as they upgraded theirs and it was in a lovely condition..

Went out for a drive with a few friends the other night and my friend thought it'd be funny to do an emergency stop in front of me (for no actual reason), fortunately I hit the breaks quite quickly but still went into the back of him.

There's a crack in my bumper which a few local places appear to be able to fix although it's going to cost, but I don't exactly know how to describe the other damage, maybe some of you guys can help, I've attached some images.

Anyone know how to fix or what kind of damage this is? I'm a little clueless when it comes to cars.

I'll be seeing the family member in about a week and I'd hate for him to see what's happened after only a few days.

    All help is appreciated!

Having owned a C3 before, I can tell you the trim at the very bottom will just slot back in.

Have your friend pay for the damage, for being such a moron.

It's a french car, you'd be better off just scrapping it.
