Hey guys what would be a good score for UCL and Imperial? I know Imperial employs a cut-off score which tends to be within the fours - whereas UCL hasn’t got a cut-off but has an emphasis on the essay part. I know the score alone won’t guarantee you an interview/offer, but what would be good scores to perhaps increase the likelihood of an interview/offer? Imperial is my dream uni and the two people I know who do medicine there got in with 5.5-5.7 in sections 1 & 2 - would you consider the 5’s to be good/the average points score of Medics at imperial/ucl?

Thanks guys (and sorry about the long question..just curious!)

It really depends on the rest of your application. If your predicted grades and personal statement are competitive, a score in the fives will give you a very strong chance of receiving invites to interview. If you score around 5.4, you are above the average of previous offer holders at Imperial.
