I would just like to know that if I just ate chicken breast, salmon, oatmeal, rice, pasta, broccoli, peas, mixed vegtables, water, milk, mixed nuts, cheese, apples, bananas and oranges. would I receive all the nutrients I need to be healthy and fit or do I have to have more variety and eat different things all the time. I intend to eat these foods everyday is that weird aswell?
