I graduated this July in biomedical sciences with a 2:1 and have since been trying to get onto an ACA Graduate programme. At the moment I have two applications under consideration starting January but will most likely have to apply for next year's round of applications (autumn 2018).
However I have also been considered finance roles in general and have thought about a summer internship or similar scheme, since I don't have any prior internships that would make a graduate level role feasible.

At the moment I am torn between banking and accounting-if I get an offer in january I will take it without hesitation, but I am considering my future after qualifying.

Is a route a role into investment banking (or related) after qualifying with the ACA feasible?
And if I am not accepted for either accounting roles, and as someone who is not yet set on one career path, would you recommend contributing along the ACA route or finding an internship in summer?
Could you cope without Wifi?
