if i eat oatmeal, mixed nuts, chicken salmon rice pasta mixed frozen veg cheese brocoli, peas apples banana and oranges everyday would the lack of variety cause me to become defficent in some nutrient or anything.

also is eating frozen food bad for you?

also is meal prepping and frezzing the food all the time bad for you?

i am just going to put the frozen chicken and salmon in the oven and throw the brocoli, frozen mixed veg and peas in with the rice to boil, are you meant to make it like this?

is it weird if i just ate this food all the time?

That all sounds pretty good to me. Frozen food is just as nutritious as fresh food. I use it regularly. For example, I buy frozen diced onions simply because chopping up real onions makes my eyes sting like I've put chillies in them. It's absolutely fine.

I also meal prep a lot too in a way. Take yesterday for example. I made a butternut squash soup, enough for last night's dinner and tonight's too (possibly even tomorrow). It's absolutely fine to do. It's really practical and a lot cheaper than making several different meals. It also saves a lot of time. I finish work at 8pm tonight, so I know that when I get home around 8:45 I can just put my soup in the microwave without worrying about cooking.

No you aren't weird. You're fine. You sound like you're eating really healthily. As long as you feel healthy, then carry on.
