If so how are you finding it ? Im currently working and to me it seems the police morale and attitude hasnt really changed since the 80's. Its still old school and a lot of police officers looking down on specials and pcso's. Not to mention the lack of support given to officers.

So how does anyone else find it ?

Looking down on them? Really? I am quite surprised as you hardly ever see any recruitment campaigns for Police Officers anymore, so if you want to be in the Police it is all about joining Specials and PCSO's. You are also giving up your time to help out which shows it is something you really want to do, as well as in some cases not even being paid for it
