Just wondering if anyone here has sat further maths, or any A-Level really, as a private candidate? I'm struggling to find places that will accept private candidates. Some say that they don't accept private candidates unless they are a former student, some won't do further maths. So I was just wondering if there is anyone who has done it that could give me any advice or just explain how they went about it.

    Have you already taken Maths?
Which exam board did you take Maths with and are you sticking to the same one for FM?
If you are still at school/college then have you asked where you currently are? It's likely to be much the simplest and cheapest place to enter (and will solve the problem of clashes between maths units).
Do you want your parents to be with you when you collect your A-level results?
