    I got BCD in my AS papers in the Summer and I wanted to know if I can still apply for unis looking for ABB, BBB? I know my predicted grades are higher than what I got in the summer.

    Ja, because if you're predicted grades are higher than BCD and meet the entry requirement then you can apply.
    BCD to ABB / BBB is easily manageable if you work hard. (:
