I do chemistry economics and geography but apart from HW never know what to do for extra work. What should I be doing in frees and at home to grow my grades?

I'm not sure this is entirely the right category. This category is meant for the "Grow Your Grades" threads, not asking how to grow your grades.

If you want to do work beyond homework then read ahead I guess? Definitely far too early to start at past papers like suggested above though.

Yeah I may condense notes so far into mindmaps but I don’t want to do past papers yet because there aren’t many because of the specs being like 2015/16. I may look for worksheets but I think most sites might charge not sure

Well for economics the course doesn’t have much content really and we’re set reading ahead as HW for geography

You will not have learnt nearly enough to complete a past paper anyway. Just look at the specs, chances are there are topics that overlap. It doesn't matter whether the resources are targeted to your exam board or a previous spec, provided the topics are relevant.

Maybe you could ask your teacher for past exam questions and worksheets
