    Area of a trapezium = 1/2h(a+b)
    50 = 1/2(2x(x + x+10))
    50 = x(2x +10)
    50 = 2x^2 + 10x
    2x^2 +10x - 50 = 0
    x^2 + 5x - 25 = 0
    So if you put this into the quadratic formula (-b + root(b^2 - 4ac))/2a
    You should get x = (-5+5root(5))/2
    You then substitute this value into the height 2x to get your answer.
