Hello, I've been selected for an interview for Primark this Saturday, and I was wondering if anyone has any tip or questions for Primark interviews?
Also, I was wondering if anyone could help me with the question "how have you gone above and beyond for a customer?" Considering I have only worked in a small sweet shop I dont feel that I have had the opportunity to go above and beyond for a customer. The most I had done there for someone was when a little old lady came round, she had an oxygen tank and was unable to get up the step into the shop, so I would quickly run out of the shop to receive her payment, give her her groceries and give her her change, But i dont feel like that is the type of answer that the interviewer will want.
ALL HELP ACCEPTED!
Thank you so much in advance

To answer your question, you just need an example where you went the extra mile to help a customer. Your example is great! But make sure you use the STAR technique to format your answer, so it's clear and concise.
Use the below article for more information on STAR
